Shipping Policy

What is the shipping policy?
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders ship within 3 business days. If for any reason your order will be delayed, we will notify you. Thread and Sugar ships via USPS insured mail which takes 1-3 business days in the Continental US and 6-10 business days for all other countries. Orders over $300 are sent via Registered Mail for security purposes.

How much is shipping?

We ship via United States Postal Service. Their rates are automatically calculated for you at checkout including insurance where applicable.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide via United States Postal Service Priority Intl or Express Intl mail. Rates and delivery times are automatically calculated for you at checkout including insurance where applicable but generally packages take 6-10 business days. All customs forms are included with each package.

When does an order get shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. If there are delays for any reason, we will notify you.
